What we believe about pricing
Kintaria is built for families. We charge enough to run it well and stay independent β no ads, no data sales, no investor pressure to monetize your workspace. We don't charge per user, because we want every sibling on the workspace, not just the one who agreed to the bill. We don't run a freemium tier that withholds features you actually need; the trial period IS the free tier. We don't do enterprise-style hidden pricing either β what you see on this page is what you pay.
Pricing FAQ
What's the 1-year free trial?
Every new workspace created during the limited-time trial gets 365 days free, no credit card required. We email at 15 days, 5 days, and 1 day before the trial ends. After that, you can subscribe, export your data, or do nothing β the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days, then locked. We do not permanently delete data without an explicit deletion action.
Why is pricing per-workspace, not per-user?
Adding a sibling or aide shouldn't cost more β that's the whole point of a family workspace. Pricing scales with how many parents you're caring for, not how many helpers you have.
Can I switch from monthly to annual (or back)?
Yes, anytime through Settings β Billing. If you upgrade to annual mid-month, Stripe prorates. If you downgrade to monthly mid-annual, the annual stays active through its end date.
I have a coupon code β where do I enter it?
Settings β Billing β Manage subscription. Coupon codes apply to the first 12 months of paid subscription.
Do you offer discounts?
Not yet, but family-of-three plus pricing comes out to about $8/workspace/month annual β a discount in disguise. For specific hardship cases, write to info@thrive.me.
What about organizations / care coordinators / FQHCs?
