Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Kintaria product (my.thrive.me), the Kintaria website (thrive.me), the Kintaria research survey, or the Kintaria voice line at (888) 704-0999. The service is operated by THRIVE.ME Corporation (“Kintaria,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using any of these surfaces, you agree to these terms.
1. What the service is
- The product — a family-care coordination workspace at my.thrive.me.
- The website at thrive.me — marketing, pricing, resources, the public demo workspace.
- The research survey — optional; we share aggregated findings with respondents.
- The voice line at (888) 704-0999 — answered by a virtual receptionist for product questions and follow-up scheduling.
2. Who can use it
You may use the service if you are at least 18 years old and can form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Kintaria is designed for adults coordinating care for an aging parent.
3. Your account
You sign in with an email address and a one-time passwordless link (“magic link”). The email address you use is your account identifier — keep access to it secure. Two-step sign-in is available in Security settings and strongly recommended for workspace owners.
4. What we ask of you
- Only enter information about people who have agreed to be in your workspace.
- Don't share login credentials. Use the Members page to invite siblings and helpers.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or probe the service.
- Don't impersonate Kintaria or claim an affiliation we haven't granted.
5. What we are not
- Not a medical or clinical service. AI-generated visit summaries are drafts you review — they don't replace clinician notes. For medical questions, call your provider. Urgent care: 911. Crisis: 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
- Not a legal service. For power of attorney, advance directives, guardianship, talk to an attorney.
- Not a therapist. Caregiving is hard, but we're not a substitute for mental-health support.
- Not a HIPAA-covered entity. We apply HIPAA-aligned controls and will sign a BAA on request for organizations that need one.
6. Billing and the free trial
Free 1-year trial. Every new workspace is currently eligible for a 365-day free trial. No credit card required to start. We may close the public trial offering at any time; anyone who started before the close keeps their full year.
After the trial. Paid plans start at $14/month or $120/year for the Family tier (one workspace), and $24/month or $200/year for Family Plus (up to three workspaces). Prices are per workspace — adding members never increases the price. Current pricing at thrive.me/pricing.
How we charge. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Card data lives in Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. You can update payment or cancel anytime through Settings → Billing.
When the trial ends. We email at 15, 5, and 1 day before expiry. On day 365, if you haven't added a payment method, the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days, then locked. We do not permanently delete data without an explicit deletion action.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime through the Customer Portal. Your subscription remains active through the period you paid for.
7. Your data
What we don't sell. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train external AI models on it.
Your rights. Export your entire workspace at any time (Settings → Export). Delete the workspace at any time.
Data ownership. The data you enter is yours. You grant Kintaria a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you and your invited members.
8. Intellectual property
The Kintaria name, wordmark, brand mark, website design, application code, playbook content, and original written content are owned by THRIVE.ME Corporation. Survey responses you submit are yours — you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them anonymized and in aggregate.
9. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated outputs are drafts for review, not authoritative. Use the service at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THRIVE.ME Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid Kintaria in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
If your use of the service causes a third party to bring a claim against us (e.g., entering someone else's medical information without permission), you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from the resulting costs.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time by canceling and/or deleting your workspace. We can suspend or end your access for serious violations (impersonation, abusive use, automated probing, non-payment after notice).
13. Voice line recordings
Calls to (888) 704-0999 are recorded for quality and follow-up. We disclose this at the start of every call. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days, then deleted.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
