Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Kintaria product (my.thrive.me), the Kintaria website (thrive.me), the Kintaria research survey, or the Kintaria voice line at (888) 704-0999. The service is operated by THRIVE.ME Corporation (“Kintaria,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using any of these surfaces, you agree to these terms.

Plain-language summary: Kintaria is a live product. You can create a family workspace, invite siblings and helpers, and store the medical and logistical information needed to coordinate care for an aging parent. The first year is free during our limited-time trial. After that, paid subscriptions start at $14/month per workspace. We're not a healthcare provider, we don't give medical or legal advice, and we limit our liability accordingly. You can export and delete your data at any time.

You may use the service if you are at least 18 years old and can form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Kintaria is designed for adults coordinating care for an aging parent.

3. Your account

You sign in with an email address and a one-time passwordless link (“magic link”). The email address you use is your account identifier — keep access to it secure. Two-step sign-in is available in Security settings and strongly recommended for workspace owners.

6. Billing and the free trial

Free 1-year trial. Every new workspace is currently eligible for a 365-day free trial. No credit card required to start. We may close the public trial offering at any time; anyone who started before the close keeps their full year.

After the trial. Paid plans start at $14/month or $120/year for the Family tier (one workspace), and $24/month or $200/year for Family Plus (up to three workspaces). Prices are per workspace — adding members never increases the price. Current pricing at thrive.me/pricing.

How we charge. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Card data lives in Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. You can update payment or cancel anytime through Settings → Billing.

When the trial ends. We email at 15, 5, and 1 day before expiry. On day 365, if you haven't added a payment method, the workspace becomes read-only for 30 days, then locked. We do not permanently delete data without an explicit deletion action.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime through the Customer Portal. Your subscription remains active through the period you paid for.

7. Your data

What we don't sell. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train external AI models on it.

Your rights. Export your entire workspace at any time (Settings → Export). Delete the workspace at any time.

Data ownership. The data you enter is yours. You grant Kintaria a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you and your invited members.

8. Intellectual property

The Kintaria name, wordmark, brand mark, website design, application code, playbook content, and original written content are owned by THRIVE.ME Corporation. Survey responses you submit are yours — you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them anonymized and in aggregate.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI-generated outputs are drafts for review, not authoritative. Use the service at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THRIVE.ME Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid Kintaria in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

If your use of the service causes a third party to bring a claim against us (e.g., entering someone else's medical information without permission), you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from the resulting costs.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time by canceling and/or deleting your workspace. We can suspend or end your access for serious violations (impersonation, abusive use, automated probing, non-payment after notice).

13. Voice line recordings

Calls to (888) 704-0999 are recorded for quality and follow-up. We disclose this at the start of every call. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days, then deleted.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
