Voice line

(888) 704-0999

Kintaria's voice line. Free. Real person-feeling voice agent on the other end (an AI assistant trained for caregivers, with a written safety script that redirects clinical questions to your actual care team). Call to take a quick note when your hands are full, ask questions about Kintaria, or have a calm conversation about what's on your plate. Available 24/7.

If Kintaria called you back, this is who we are.

Kintaria (legal entity: THRIVE.ME Corporation) is a shared workspace for families coordinating care for an aging parent, a spouse, an adult child with disabilities, or a sibling. We are not a scam, not a sales line, not an outsourced clinic. Someone in your family probably signed up at my.thrive.me and listed your number as a contact, which is why this number called you. Our full about page and security page are linked at the bottom of every email and page we send.

If you got an unwanted call from this number and want it to stop, email info@thrive.me with the phone number you want removed. We'll process it within one business day.

What the voice line actually does

Three things, in order of how families use it most:

  1. Take a note when your hands are full. Call from your registered phone, talk, the AI agent transcribes and writes it into your Kintaria workspace as a note tagged via voice line. Useful in the parking lot after an appointment, at the kitchen counter after the hospital called, in the car between errands. No app to open.
  2. Get oriented when you don't want to sign up yet. Caregivers in crisis don't always have the bandwidth to create an account at 9pm. Call the voice line, talk through what's happening, and the agent can answer questions about what Kintaria does, mention the free 12-month trial, and walk you through how to start when you're ready.
  3. Have a calm conversation about a hard week. The voice agent is patient. It's trained not to rush. It will listen, ask follow-up questions, and read the note back so you can correct typos before it saves. Most calls last 3-8 minutes. We hear from a lot of caregivers that the conversation itself is helpful even before the note lands anywhere.

What the voice line is NOT

How to register your phone

The voice line needs to know who you are when you call. Two paths to get registered:

  1. If you already have a Kintaria workspace: sign in at my.thrive.me, go to Settings → Notifications, and add your phone number under Voice line. Takes 30 seconds. Verifies via a one-time text.
  2. If you don't have one yet: start at my.thrive.me/start, set up the family workspace (2 minutes), then add your phone under Settings → Notifications.

You can also call the voice line first, the agent will check whether your number is registered, and walk you through setup if not.

Privacy and recording

Calls to the voice line are processed by an AI agent (built on Anthropic Claude with transcription via ElevenLabs / Deepgram). The agent records audio briefly during the call to transcribe it and write the note into your workspace; once the note lands, the audio is discarded. The transcript and the resulting note live in your workspace under the same row-level access controls as everything else there.

Full vendor and AI handling is on the security page. We do not sell call data, do not use call content to train AI models, and do not share call content with anyone outside your family's workspace.

Hours and availability

The voice line is available 24/7. There is no human staffing — the AI agent is always available, response is immediate, and there is no hold time. The line works from any US phone (mobile or landline). International calls aren't currently supported.

If you want a human to call you back rather than an AI agent on the other end, the right channel is info@thrive.me — write a sentence about what you need, and a person on the Kintaria team responds within a business day.
