The "wait, when’s that appointment again?" problem

A family caring for an aging parent juggles a calendar full of appointments — cardiology, ophthalmology, physical therapy, the home-health visit, the social-worker call. Each one has prep work: what to bring, what to ask, whether you need a referral. That information lives in someone’s head, or three different notebooks, or a thread of texts no one can find when they need it. Half the value of an appointment is lost because the family showed up unprepared.

One calendar, attached prep, sibling subscriptions

Every appointment in Kintaria has the standard fields (date, time, doctor, location) plus the things families actually need: prep questions to ask, directions, who’s driving, what to bring, follow-up status. The calendar subscribes to Apple/Google/Outlook with a one-way iCal feed, so it shows up on every family member’s phone alongside their work meetings. When someone updates an appointment, every subscribed calendar sees the change within an hour.

A neurology follow-up

You add Mom’s neurology follow-up to Kintaria: April 22 at 10:30am, Dr. Lin at Westside Family Medicine, drive 22 min from her apartment. You attach three prep questions you wrote down last visit ("ask about the dose increase, the dizziness in the morning, whether OT referral is still on the table"). Your brother sees the appointment in his Google Calendar that night, reads the prep notes from the same view, and offers to drive — he’s in the area for work that morning anyway.
