You and your siblings already keep your own calendars — work, kids, soccer practice, the cardiology appointment that just got pushed. Caregiver apps that ask you to open a separate calendar lose you on week two. The mental load of context-switching between your real calendar and "the workspace calendar" is exactly the kind of friction families don’t have spare cycles for. The right answer is meeting people where their calendar already lives.

Per-member iCal URL, one-way sync, auto-refresh

Every workspace member gets a personal subscription URL from their settings — a `webcal://` link that opens directly in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Fantastical, or any calendar app that speaks iCalendar. Once subscribed, every appointment in the workspace shows up alongside your work and personal events, refreshes automatically when the workspace changes, and never writes back. Read-only. Each member’s URL is theirs alone; revoke and regenerate any time from settings if a phone goes missing. We don’t require a Google or Apple integration — there’s no OAuth, no permissions handoff to a tech giant, no scope creep. Just a URL.

Tuesday morning, three siblings, one calendar each

You and your two siblings each subscribe to Mom’s workspace calendar from your own phone. The cardiology appointment moves from Thursday 9am to Thursday 11am; you change it once in the Kintaria workspace. Within 5–15 minutes (the standard iCal refresh interval), Apple Calendar on your iPhone shows the new time, Google Calendar on your sister’s Android shows the new time, and Outlook on your brother’s work laptop shows the new time. Nobody had to forward an email. Nobody had to open the workspace.
